Our one-on-one personal fitness training program consists of a tailored exercise routine developed around your needs conducted from your home, or a local park.
Once we establish your goals, we then reverse engineer a bespoke plan to achieve that specific goal.
Most clients want to lose weight, increase fitness or simply tone up. To help you achieve this, we use a combination of weights, kettle bells, boxing, skipping and body weight exercises in personalised 45 minutes sessions.

At Mobile Fitness PT, we are so confident that you will love our personalised training sessions that our first session is free.
In your first session, we will review your fitness level and go through the goals you’d like to achieve and develop a plan with you to make that happen. Then, we’ll lead an immersive first full personalised session with you.
After that, you can choose to sign up with Mobile Fitness PT for regular sessions to achieve your personal goal.
Why do we do this? We think it’s important to get to know your level of fitness, how to achieve our fitness goals, and become comfortable with your trainer before making a commitment.
