“I have been a personal trainer since 2013 and worked in and out of gyms since then. I find training people in their homes and local parks very effective as it makes the client feel a lot more comfortable.

I was very skinny as a teenager and I hated it! I remember doing weights in PT at school and being one of the weakest students. From that moment onwards I have been doing weight training 5-7 days a week for the past 6 years. I have managed to gain somewhere between 30-40kg (of muscle mainly) and it has transformed my life.



I now love being able to help people feel as good as I do through Personal training. Whether your goal is to lose 40kg or gain 40kg I can show you how to train in specific ways to achieve your goals. My goal is to help people enjoy doing exercise and embrace a healthy lifestyle.”
