Hi my name is Trisha! I am a qualified personal trainer specialising in run coaching for beginners. I believe that happiness begins with building and maintaining a strong and healthy body. 

My mission is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout and every hike. Ultimately my goal is to start and keep you moving and to teach you to fall in love with exercise. 

Having experienced a phenomenal health and fitness transformation myself; I understand what it takes to build and maintain a healthier self.
