My name is Heather, I’m a Master PT with 23 years of extensive experience & have always specialised in all aspects of Women’s Health & Fitness which has been my life’s love & driving passion.

I focus in assisting all of my female clients to be the absolute best version of themselves!

 All of my PT sessions incorporate an extremely diverse & wide range of fun, functional & extremely effective exercises to ensure you enjoy each & every session.

Always mixing things up is the key to success, as is consistency with your devotion to regular training! “You reap what you sew”!

Choosing to train three times a week is the ideal amount of PT sessions per week to achieve your maximum results in a minimum time frame!

My personalised style of training is very specific to each individuals health & fitness levels & I always take into consideration any underlying injuries & or medical conditions prior to your PT session structure.

At the end of all of my PT sessions I incorporate a one on one all over manual stretch & neck massage, as I believe all of my lovely clients deserve to be treated as VIP’s, impeccable customer service is what I have always prided myself on!

I have an in House 3 person Infrared Sauna looking out at natural bushland in a tropical garden setting based in Springfield Lakes Qld.
