Our team can work around your schedule to make sure your goals are achieved.

Our team of personal fitness coaches can help provide training programs that are conducted at your home, or local park and consist of a tailored exercise routine developed around your needs.

Whether you prefer to train by yourself, with a small group, with friends or co-workers, we have a program to suit.

 

Once we establish your goals and overall fitness level, we then create a bespoke plan designed to help you meet your targets.

Most of our clients want to lose weight, increase fitness or simply tone up. To help you achieve this, we use a combination of weights, kettle bells, boxing, skipping and body weight exercises in personalised 45 minutes sessions.

I was fortunate to get the two free sessions with Mobile PT. Lachy was great putting me through my paces then being... handed over to Rachel. I travel 2.5 hours to have my sessions with Rachel at the beach. Rachel is amazing her sessions are filled with variety and hard work. Our sessions have been in the park, on the beach and yesterday was in the water which I thought it was going to be easier....was so wrong. I recently received 2 free PT sessions and met the amazing Lachy who was super helpful and spent the first session just... getting to know me and making sure he understood my requirements and limitations. He was very clear about the pricing involved and what I would be committing myself to. In the end upcoming ankle surgery put a halt to my 2nd free session and the opportunity to meet Jake?? (hopefully I've got that right) and I'm currently too mobility challenged to worry about it (and too poor) but if you want to have a personal trainer who will come to you, encourage and motivate you so that you can reach your goals then you need to give them a go. But if you're not prepared to make a lifestyle change (because they look at the nutrition side of things as well, it's not just the physical exercise) then don't waste your time or theirs, you won't get the results you're after and you'll be disappointed. If you are keen to make a lifestyle change then definitely hit them up for the 2 sessions!!read more
